I have spent upwards of 12 hours on the phone with @comcast customer service this week with absolutely no success or answer. It’s my opinion that they are intentionally throttling down our internet service during peak hours.

. @xfinity techs need to be prioritized for the vaccine. My tech, Chris Garner, is literally going into people’s homes and helping them fix their connectivity needs so that they can continue to safely work from home. To me, he and all other techs are front line essential workers.

@Xfinity Also, it's ****** you still charge an early termination fee when the areas you service are out of the customer's control. Utilities like yourselves are a monopoly.

@XfinitySupport I switched to Xfinity over 7 months ago. Service has never worked. I have called and chatted through the app over 100 times. I have spent the last 24 hours being transferred to agent after agent over 10 times and not one completed the task. I have requested a refund still nothing

@bowiesjunk same i had sprint for like a yr and then it merged into tmobile, but i just got xfinity internet & they have a deal rn where if i switch to xfinity mobile i can get like a $40/month deal for phone service added to my $40 internet (im paying $92 for tmobile rn)

@Xfinity yall technicians are the worst from management and below. They installed a broke modem no internet at all I called over 10 times and NO ONE showed up to fix it after the supervisor said he would make sure someone came back! Very unprofessional im going to @verizonfios
