@Meriotown Depends I mostly think AT&T is the worse but mostly people hate xfinity because there bad customer support and also because they are Comcast (which owns universal also dreamworks fun fact)

@Xfinity I am about to cancel my service! I have tried for several weeks to get a technician to come to my house to fix a low hanging wire in my backyard. I am having a pergola installed and it is blocking it. I am sick of being redirected to agents. About to cancel service!

@Xfinity Also, it's ****** you still charge an early termination fee when the areas you service are out of the customer's control. Utilities like yourselves are a monopoly.

@XfinitySupport I switched to Xfinity over 7 months ago. Service has never worked. I have called and chatted through the app over 100 times. I have spent the last 24 hours being transferred to agent after agent over 10 times and not one completed the task. I have requested a refund still nothing

@bowiesjunk same i had sprint for like a yr and then it merged into tmobile, but i just got xfinity internet & they have a deal rn where if i switch to xfinity mobile i can get like a $40/month deal for phone service added to my $40 internet (im paying $92 for tmobile rn)

@Xfinity yall technicians are the worst from management and below. They installed a broke modem no internet at all I called over 10 times and NO ONE showed up to fix it after the supervisor said he would make sure someone came back! Very unprofessional im going to @verizonfios

@TinaJunVRC @Xfinity im also been charged for a home phone for 4 years and i dont even use the damn thing but its supposedly cheaper to have the triple play than it is not to have it i have the 285 channel package and about 100 channels is sports and junk i dont even watch/need (2/2)

@jenelaina @comcast Theyโre the worst. I once had internet service cut for weeks for no reason, they offered me a month free + a year of free cable, then charged for the month, the cable tech visit, and the cable ๐ However, calling to speak to them very sternly works. Usually requires escalating :/

@dgarritysantafe @SandiaSuz Did the town lose all mobile phone communications for a full day, or just internet/wi-fi? A few months ago a truck hit a pole in SF, which took the region's Xfinity service outโmaybe the same thing that affected Taosโbut it didn't cut cellphone service

Now @Xfinity is having issues with their contact center so theyโre not taking calls and live chat is unavailable. A company who canโt manage staff clearly canโt manage the service they offer ๐

@Xfinity I think my 4th call with Custoner Service agent may have fixed it, but the virtual attendant phone system is MADDENING to try to deal with. I'll let you know if it doesn't stick though!

@Azezra_ @Xfinity That's the WORST. We had issues with our ISP & it took having them come out four times before they actually did something to fix it. But unlike in your case, they actually did replace everything at my house before realizing their infrastructure was ****** up & needed to be fixed

@Xfinity Yesterday we moved out of your service area. Your system doesn't let me to cancel w/o speaking to a person. I already called a few months back to determine you don't service the area. Didn't need to wait on a phone call & have a 20 min chat at work to deal with this.

Yo @Xfinity is the worst! It should be illegal to have the type of customer service they have. Year after year they come in as the worst customer service. It's almost like they take pride in providing such crappy damm service.

@TinaJunVRC @Xfinity aint that the truth i got the "free movies" rewards and i still got charged for them but they say they didnt i still have the 1.2gig down 35 up (1.5 gig down 42Mb up) even tho im being charged for the faster one they say its not in my area and i got the best i can get (1/2)
